Highlights!


  • My first race since August - the first of the Hampshire cross-country league races.

  • Some consistent training - 4 weeks in a row of 40-50ish miles.

  • My nausea is so much better and as a result I'm much happier.


Lowlights:


  • How unfit I feel!

  • Some of the medications for my nausea have made me feel really fatigued. I'm struggling to survive on less than 9-10 hours sleep which is totally incompatible with my job.
